Please submit a request using the form below if our FAQ or knowledge base did not provide you with an answer. We do not share your contact details with third parties. We offer customer service in Finnish, Swedish, English and Estonian.
You have indicated that your matter is urgent and that you wish to have it resolved even outside of normal business hours. Support outside our business hours is subject to availability and always carries a surcharge. Our current prices are:
- Weekdays 6-9.30am and 6-9pm: €179/h
- Weekends 9.30am-6pm: €225/h
- All other times: €310/h
All times are EEST and all prices subject to VAT where applicable. Minimum invoicing for support outside of the usual business hours is half an hour. The quoted prices do not include travel time to the customer's premises.
By sending this form you confirm that you have studied this price list, that you agree to the charges mentioned herein and that you are authorized by your company to make such a purchase order. If you do not or cannot accept the charges, please downgrade the urgency of your request.
URGENT SUPPORT REQUESTS
Support outside of our business hours is limited. You may submit an urgent support request using the form above. We will only process such support requests outside our business hours, which have been sent using the form above and which have been marked as highly urgent in said form.

We offer customer service in Finnish, Swedish and English over the phone. Please leave a voicemail message along with your contact information if calling us off-hours and we will get back to you once our offices reopen. Unfortunately we cannot receive text or multimedia messages (SMS/MMS) to this number.
